Last term, we did lots of work on music. We made musical instruments and wrote instructions to go with them. We also evaluated what we did, thinking about how we would do it differently if we were to make them again.

Going on a Quest!

How to make musical instruments

Last term, we did lots of work around the topic of music. We made our own musical instruments and then wrote instructions for how to make them. Take a look at our instructions and try one out for yourself! Let us know what you think!

Fractions games

Mrs. Elrick's maths group have become board games designers! They have spent a couple of days planning, designing and making their own board game. The theme of each game is 'Fractions'. We have been finding fractions of numbers, finding equivalent fractions and ordering fractions.  The games that we designed used one of these elements.
